Brian Spiro is an associate attorney at Clark Skatoff, PA, handling probate, trust and guardianship litigation matters. Prior to joining the firm, Brian was a litigation attorney at an established Miami law firm, handling civil litigation, legal malpractice, medical malpractice, pharmaceutical and medical devices, premises liability, product liability and professional liability matters.
Mr. Spiro graduated from University of Miami School of Law, cum laude, in 2013. While at the University of Miami, Mr. Spiro held the position of Executive Editor of the University of Miami International & Comparative Law Review. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Spiro worked in the financial services industry, having graduated in 2007 from Indiana University Kelley School of Business with a major in Economic Consulting and Public Policy and a minor in Political Science.
Mr. Spiro is admitted to practice in Florida and in New York, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the Middle District of Florida.
