Shannon Rountree
Shannon Rountree graduated from Levin College of Law in 2004 and began her career as a prosecutor at the State Attorney’s Office in Palm Beach County. During her three years as a prosecutor, Ms. Rountree handled cases in the county court, juvenile, and felony divisions. Ms. Rountree handled every aspect of a case from inception to trial, as well as sentencing and appellate issues.
Ms. Rountree is an experienced litigator, where she handled a myriad of legal and appellate issues, including prosecution of countless bench and jury trials. Additionally, she has handled many complex motion responses by way of oral and written argument. With this experience, Ms. Rountree trained and mentored new attorneys in the areas of evidence and general trial strategy at her office, as well as, statewide prosecutors for the Florida Prosecuting Attorneys Association annual conferences.
At Clark Skatoff PA, Ms. Rountree handles probate litigation, trust disputes, guardianship litigation, real estate litigation, and white collar criminal defense.
