Richard E. Clark

Attorney Richard E. Clark has been an estate planning and probate lawyer and elderlaw attorney for over thirty years in Palm Beach County. Mr. Clark’s practice is concentrated in estate planning, probate administration, elder law, and asset protection.

Mr. Clark was one of the first lawyers in Palm Beach County to use living trusts for incapacity and estate planning for his senior clients. Mr. Clark has also successfully represented hundreds of personal representatives in probate administrations in South Florida during his career. Mr. Clark has also personally served as personal representative for a large number of complex estates, typically involving real estate or businesses. Dick has also served on the State of Florida Long Term Care Ombudsman Council for District IX.
