The firm’s two partners, Richard E. Clark and Jeffrey H. Skatoff, have combined experience of over five decades in Florida probate, estate planning, and tax, having drafted thousands of estate plans and handled hundreds of Florida estate administrations. 

Litigator Jennifer Arthur has over fifteen years of litigation experience in state and federal court, and handles primarily complex probate and trust litigation.  Trial attorney Shannon Rountree handles probate litigation, trust disputes, guardianship trials and partition actions.  She is a former prosecutor with the Florida State Attorney's office in Palm Beach County, where she handled in excess of one hundred bench and jury trials.  

Anya Kudszus handles probate, trust, and guardianship litigation.  Katerina Mills handles estate planning, probate administration, taxation, and trust administration.

The firm's managing partner, Jeffrey Skatoff, is AV Rated by Martindale-Hubbell. He is a former United States Department of Justice trial attorney who litigated tax disputes on behalf of the Federal Government.  He was awarded the Department's Outstanding Attorney Award in 1993. Mr. Skatoff  handles will contests, probate administration, probate litigation, trust litigation, tax, and estate planning for his clients. Mr. Skatoff is also a regular commentator with local and national media outlets, such as CNN, the Wall Street Journal and Kiplinger's, on issues of estate planning, will contests, probate and power of attorney abuse.
